Dayna Clark, Esq
Attorney at Law
Dayna J. Clark was born in West Palm Beach and raised in The Bahamas. She is also of Hispanic descent (Nicaragua) and speaks fluent Spanish. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. After graduating from the University of Florida, Dayna settled in Orlando and commenced her legal journey by attending Florida A&M University, College of Law.
While in law school, Dayna began her career at the State Attorney’s Office in Orlando as a part of the inaugural class of interns in the Wrongful Convictions Unit. It was there that she saw it fit to begin her legal career as a Prosecutor to ensure just and proper sentencing. During her tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, Dayna handled various cases, ranging from traffic, misdemeanor, and first degree felonies.
Shortly following her time at the SAO, she briefly went into private criminal defense where she brought her insight as a Prosecutor to defend cases such as Sexual Battery, Domestic Violence, and various Narcotic charges. Dayna also practiced civil law (Worker’s Compensation) before joining Rier Jordan.
Dayna is ecstatic to bring her experience to Rier Jordan where she will zealously advocate for the liberty, justice, and proper treatment of her clients.
